Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service, the hosts of the 10th World Fire Fighter’s Games 2008, are pleased to invite you to enter our global photography competition with your chance to win a range of exclusive prizes.
Submissions will be accepted from August, 2007. The closing date is 12 noon on 1st June 2008 with winners being announced on 24th August 2008. As this is a global competition submissions are to be made online only.
The competition is open to everyone. You do not have to have a direct link to the Fire and Rescue Services – just take your photographs and place them under the selected categories.
The Categories are:
Operational Incidents
Vehicles and Equipment
Previous World Firefighter Games
Heat
Within each category there are two separate age groups - one for competitors under 16 years of age and one for 16 or over at the date of competition closing.
The details you enter in the registration process must be yours and you must be the photographer who actually took the pictures submitted. There can be NO third party entries.
